Grounded trinkets are accessories that players can collect and equip. Grounded has plenty of items for players to seek out and use, with a variety of effects. Trinkets are items that can be gathered from multiple sources, and equipping them will give you some useful buffs. Here are all the effects and how to get all known Grounded trinkets.

Grounded Trinkets: Collectable Trinkets
These trinkets are found while exploring the yard. Some are out in the wild, many are found within the various labs around the garden.

| Biomedical Badge | On a skeleton in the sandbox, near the zipline | Passive healing, at the cost of increased hunger |
| Compliance Badge | Near wall plug in the larva spawn area | Chance to heal when performing a perfect block |
| Defense Badge | Skeleton in room leading to the Golden Chip | Increased defense, but reduced attack |
| Entomologist Badge | Skeleton under a charcoal pebble, near the grill | Increased attack, but unable to perfect block |
| Intern Badge | Upper Grasslands, in a small cave hidden by a blue cap | Increased carry capacity, reduced movement speed |
| Toxicology Badge | Skeleton in the wrecked tunnel below the Pond Lab | Increased resistance to Gas and Dust damage, but reduced Poison resistance |
Grounded Trinkets: Resource Trinkets
The following Grounded trinkets are randomly dropped when gathering resources.

| Hot Cha Charm | Hot Chachas Candy | Applies Spicy damage to all attacks |
| Fungal Charm | Haze Fungus | Increased resistance to explosive damage |
| Fluffy Dandelion Tuft | Dandelions | Makes the player glide when falling, removing fall damage |
| Everlasting Hogstopper | Billy Hog | Passively reduces hunger |
Grounded Trinkets: Creature Trinkets
These last few trinkets are acquired from defeating certain enemies. As such, these can be the most difficult to get your hands on.
